Delivery
includes:
- Inside
home delivery, two flights of
stairs, unpacking, assembly (up
to 30 min), and removal of
packaging debris.
- Delivery
date scheduled with customer
(delivery days are Mon – Fri or
Tues – Sat depending on the
area).
- Four hour
delivery window given the day
before delivery. Customer calls
can be made during this window
in anticipation of arrival time
to avoid customer wait time.
Charges will apply for no-show
appointments.
Product
delivered in packaging to the home
by two man delivery team, set up and
assembly in room of choice
Customer not
required to help.
Product insured
throughout transportation of
delivery, by delivery carrier.
Optional
removal of old mattress and
boxspring – additional $85 to be
determined at time of purchase and
placed on purchase order.
No return
policy. Qualified, Leggett and Platt
Customer Service Technicians will
provide any in-home service to the
adjustable base. During the first
year of ownership, service
technician charges will be waived.
After a base and mattress are
delivered to the consumer’s home,
there is no provision of pick up and
return of the Transitions base and
mattress.
